Terms & Conditions
Our mandatory legal framework outlining liability, payment terms, and operational boundaries for high-capacity freight transport.
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
Operating Conditions
At Distributed Supply Chain Management Consulting LLC, we maintain rigid operational standards to ensure the safety of cargo and personnel. Heavy haulage requires precision. Do you understand your responsibilities as a shipper? All freight must be declared accurately regarding weight, dimensions, and hazardous classification. We're committed to transparency, but we don't tolerate misdeclared tonnage.
Failure to comply with loading window protocols or safety site requirements may result in immediate cancellation of services. It's about protecting the supply chain.
Financial Protocols
Standard net-30 terms apply unless explicitly modified by a master service agreement. Late fees are strictly enforced at a rate of 1.5% per month. We value your business, but prompt settlement is what keeps the trucks moving.
Uncontrollable Events
Weather, strikes, or infrastructure failures happen. Distributed Supply Chain Management Consulting LLC is not liable for delays caused by acts of God or government actions. In the event of a system-wide disruption, priority is given to medical and essential supply chains.
Cargo Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 15 days of delivery. Documentation including the original bill of lading and photographs is mandatory. // XXX: add claim portal link
